This homemade version is lighter, naturally sweetened with real fruit, and made without artificial flavors. It delivers the same juicy green tea and peach combo you love, but in a way that supports your wellness goals. Plus, you can control the sweetness, and even add herbs or bubbles to suit your vibe.

Iced Peach Green Tea

Better than Starbucks refreshing iced peach green tea! This cold summer drink is made with real peaches, green tea, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Peach Slices, or 4 peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups Filtered Water, divided
  • 3 bags Green Tea
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Cane Sugar, adjust to taste
  • Fresh Mint, for garnish
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

Make the Peach Syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine peaches, 1 cup water, and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peaches are soft and fragrant. Lightly mash to release juices. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. (Tip: Save the solids for oatmeal or yogurt!)

Brew the Green Tea:

  • Heat the remaining 3 cups of water until just below boiling. Steep green tea bags for 3 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.

Combine:

  • In a pitcher, stir together green tea, peach syrup, and lemon juice. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until cold.

Serve:

  • Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
