My name is Annie and I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle at 21-years-old after witnessing animal brutality and learning what really goes on in slaughterhouses.
Growing up I knew nothing about nutrition and abused my body with unhealthy foods and damaging products. I was sick, depressed, anxious, and unhappy with my reflection.
Since becoming vegan, I’ve fallen in love with what a plant based & holistic lifestyle has done for my mind, body, spirit, and overall wellbeing. My skin cleared, my depression & anxiety improved tremendously, and my body changed drastically.
I got certified in plant-based nutrition and holistic health to soak up as much knowledge as I could to help as many people as possible live healthier lives. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production in 2016 from Chapman University where I harnessed my creative skills in photography, videography, writing, and editing. I currently specialize in plant based recipe development, content creation, and assistance in transitioning to a plant based lifestyle.
