Strawberry Tiramisu Style Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy Milk, I use the brand Eden Foods
- 6 large Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 scoop Protein Powder, I use the brand Sprout Living
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 container Strawberry Yogurt, I use the brand Forager
- 1 container Vanilla Yogurt, I use the brand Forager
- 2 tbsp Freeze Dried Strawberries Powder
Instructions
- Grab a blender and add in the strawberries, milk, maple syrup, and protein powder. Blend until fully combined, about a minute or so.
- Add the chia seeds to a sealable container and stir in the blended milk mixture. Close up the container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- Build your tiramisus! Start with the strawberry yogurt followed by the chia pudding, then the vanilla yogurt. Finish with sifting the strawberry powder on top. Enjoy!
