Instructions
Grab a blender and add in the strawberries, milk, maple syrup, and protein powder. Blend until fully combined, about a minute or so.
Add the chia seeds to a sealable container and stir in the blended milk mixture. Close up the container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
Build your tiramisus! Start with the strawberry yogurt followed by the chia pudding, then the vanilla yogurt. Finish with sifting the strawberry powder on top. Enjoy!
