Strawberry Tiramisu Style Chia Pudding

This beautiful and fruity Chia Pudding is made Strawberry Tiramisu Style with nutritious plant based ingredients. The perfect summer breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Milk, I use the brand Eden Foods
  • 6 large Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder, I use the brand Sprout Living
  • ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 container Strawberry Yogurt, I use the brand Forager
  • 1 container Vanilla Yogurt, I use the brand Forager
  • 2 tbsp Freeze Dried Strawberries Powder

Instructions
 

  • Grab a blender and add in the strawberries, milk, maple syrup, and protein powder. Blend until fully combined, about a minute or so.
  • Add the chia seeds to a sealable container and stir in the blended milk mixture. Close up the container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Build your tiramisus! Start with the strawberry yogurt followed by the chia pudding, then the vanilla yogurt. Finish with sifting the strawberry powder on top. Enjoy!
