Welcome to The Plant Collective! My name is Annie and I converted to a plant-based lifestyle at 21 years old after witnessing animal brutality and learning what really goes on in slaughterhouses.

Growing up I knew nothing about nutrition and abused my body with unhealthy foods and damaging products. I was sick, depressed, anxious, and unhappy with my reflection.

Since becoming vegan, I’ve fallen in love with what a plant-based & holistic lifestyle has done for my mind, body, spirit, and overall wellbeing. My skin cleared, my depression & anxiety improved tremendously, and my body changed drastically.

I got certified in plant-based nutrition and holistic health to soak up as much knowledge as I could to help transition as many people as possible to a more healthful existence. Whether it’s coming up with a specific meal plan with targeted macros, a comprehensive wellness plan, or local meal prep in LA, I am available to help with whatever health goals you may have.
