Tropical Greens Smoothie

Fresh and healthy Tropical Greens Smoothie loaded with nutrients and vibrant tropical flavors made in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder, I use Sprout Living's protein powder
  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • 2 inches Daily Greens Shot, This is for the green splash of color - I used my Daily Greens Shot recipe, but if you don't have time to make it, any green juice works.

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Start with 1 cup of coconut water and add more if it’s too thick. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour about an inch or 2 of the daily greens juice at the bottom of each glass. Top with the blended smoothie and enjoy immediately!
