Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the batter ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until there are no lumps.
Chop up a 1/2 head or so of cauliflower into florets and add to a separate mixing bowl. Make sure your florets don’t have too long of a stem.
Pour the batter into the mixing bowl of florets and use a mixing spoon to gently combine. Each floret should be evenly coated with the batter.
On a plate add the bread crumbs, shredded coconut, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
Roll each floret in the bread crumb coconut mixture until fully covered. Arrange in your air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
While the coconut cauliflower wings are baking, blend the coconut green goddess ingredients in a blender. Once fully combined and creamy, serve with the now crispy coconut cauliflower wings.
