Skin Healthy Melon Smoothie

Refreshing Melon Smoothie to hydrate, protect, and repair the skin for a natural glow from within.

Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots, medium sized
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 cup Mango, chopped
  • 1 Orange, peeled
  • 1 thumbnail Ginger
  • 1 thumbnail Turmeric
  • ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Protein Powder, optional
  • 300 ml Coconut Water OR Soy Milk

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • This smoothie makes 2 medium smoothies or 1 very large smoothie.
