Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

I use the brand Treeline, if you can't find it just sub with regular cream cheese with a pinch of paprika and garlic powder

Vegan Mayo

Vegan Shredded Cheese

Sliced Pimentos

If you're not using Pimento Cheese, increase the sliced pimientos to 1/4 cup

Instructions
Mash chickpeas with a fork or lightly pulse in a food processor.
Add mayo, pimento cheese, cheddar, pimentos, and salt & pepper.
Mix until creamy with slight texture.
Divide between 2 sandwiches and enjoy.
