Iconic Masters egg salad sandwiches! Simple, flavorful, and the perfect treat to enjoy while watching the Masters.

Vegan Mayo

I use the brand Hellman's

Dijon Mustard
1-2
tbsp
Chopped Chives

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

White Bread
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Carefully add eggs.
Cook for
10 minutes 30 seconds
.
Transfer immediately to an ice bath for 2 minutes.
Peel and set aside.
Chop eggs small but not mushy.
Add mayo, dijon, chives, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy but textured.
Taste and adjust salt.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Spread onto a slice of bread, top with another slice, trim off crust, and cut into finger sandwiches.
