Light and fresh cucumber dill sandwiches made with a creamy spread. Perfect high tea finger sandwiches for hosting or brunch.

I used vegan cream cheese from Kite Hill

Dill Relish

Sea Salt & Pepper

Large Cucumber, thinly sliced
White Bread
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, dill relish, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture on bread and top with the cucumber slices.
Close, cut off crust, and cut into finger sandwiches. I cut them down the middle then triangularly.
