½cupSoy Milk, I highly recommend the brand Eden Foods
½cupCoconut Water
1tbspHemp Seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until the smoothie is thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick and isn't blending properly, or you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water. I would start with 1/4 cup and go from there.
Divide your smoothie into 2 portions, or if it's your main meal, enjoy the entire portion in one glass. Enjoy!
