Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie

A healthy twist on mint chip, this Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie is refreshing, nostalgic, and packed with plant protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Bananas, frozen
  • 2 cups Soy Milk
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 4 Dates, pitted
  • 4 scoops Sprout Living Matcha Protein Powder
  • 20 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs, plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy about 1 minute.
  • Divide smoothie between two glasses and top with additional cacao nibs. Enjoy immediately.
