Homemade Green Juice

A delicious, fiber rich homemade green juice made without a juicer.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 stalks Celery Remove ends and leaves
  • 1 large handful Spinach
  • 1 Apple Cored
  • 6 Tangerines or Mandarine Oranges Peeled
  • 1 Thumbnail Sized Piece of Ginger
  • 700 ml Filtered Water

Instructions

  • Prepare your produce - core your apple, peel your tangerines, cut the ginger, and cut the ends and leaves off the celery. Add to a blender along with the spinach and filtered water.
  • Blend all ingredients until extremely smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a large bowl. Use a ladle to scoop away the foam layer on top.
  • Divide the juice between your bottles and keep stored in the fridge. Enjoy within a few days.
  • This recipe yields about 40oz of green juice.
