Homemade Green Juice
A delicious, fiber rich homemade green juice made without a juicer.
- 6-8 stalks Celery Remove ends and leaves
- 1 large handful Spinach
- 1 Apple Cored
- 6 Tangerines or Mandarine Oranges Peeled
- 1 Thumbnail Sized Piece of Ginger
- 700 ml Filtered Water
Prepare your produce - core your apple, peel your tangerines, cut the ginger, and cut the ends and leaves off the celery. Add to a blender along with the spinach and filtered water.
Blend all ingredients until extremely smooth.
Pour mixture into a large bowl. Use a ladle to scoop away the foam layer on top.
Divide the juice between your bottles and keep stored in the fridge. Enjoy within a few days.
This recipe yields about 40oz of green juice.
