15 Minute Vegan Dan Dan Noodles
These spicy Vegan Dan Dan Noodles only take 15 minutes to prepare! A cozy vegan meal that's better than takeout.
Servings: 2 bowls
- 4-6 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Chili Oil
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Furikake
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 6 tbsp Water
- 1 cup Vegan Ground Beef
- 2 packets Precooked Udon Noodles
- Scallions topping
- Black Sesame Seeds topping
Add all sauce ingredients (everything minus the noodles, beef, scallions, and black sesame seeds) to a dish and whisk until smooth and well combined.
Cook your vegan ground beef according to instructions. I cook mine until crispy.
Once your beef is cooked top with the udon noodles and spicy sauce. Mix in the sauce carefully so as not to break any noodles.
When done add to two bowls and top with fresh scallions and black sesame seeds.
