Ingredients

Chia Oats

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Plant Based Milk
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Spirulina Powder
  • 2 tsp Matcha

Toppings

  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Goji Berries

Instructions

  • Stir together chia oats ingredients. Once fully mixed (make sure there are no clumps) let sit overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • When ready to enjoy, divide between 2 or 3 servings. Divide toppings and enjoy!
