Kite Hill Vegan Yogurt

Lemon, juice and zest from

Garlic Cloves, minced

Persian Cucumber, grated

Dill, chopped and stems discarded
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Simply add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until combined. That's it! keep stored in the fridge for up to one week.
